We offer consulting and organization of corporate events, premium team-building activities, and business tourism. Services include exclusive venue rentals, safe outdoor activities, and complete logistics. We do not guarantee specific financial or commercial results from participating in events.

The client is obligated to provide accurate and complete information regarding the number of participants, medical restrictions, and logistical preferences. Any changes to the program must be communicated in writing at least 7 days in advance. The client is responsible for the behavior of participants during the event.

We are committed to ensuring participant safety through verified equipment and authorized instructors. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services, except in cases of gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or interruptions caused by force majeure.

For outdoor activities, participants sign a risk assumption declaration. We are not responsible for accidents caused by failure to follow instructions or unforeseen weather conditions. The maximum compensation amount cannot exceed the price paid for the respective service.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for any client who violates the terms, including through aggressive behavior, damage to venues, or non-payment of invoices. In case of termination, the client will pay for services already rendered up to that date.
